Free Nogi Jiu Jitsu Seminar
We're proudly offering a free no-gi seminar, hosted by none other than Danny Gutierrez, a black belt hailing from the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Headquarters. Danny's expertise and passion for teaching make this an opportunity not to be missed. He will be sharing techniques suitable for all, whether you're stepping on the mat for the first time or looking to refine your skills.

White Belt 8-Man Tournament
Following the seminar, we'll be hosting an 8-man White Belt Tournament. This is an excellent chance for our white belt practitioners to showcase their skills, courage, and tenacity. The tournament promises to be an exciting spectacle for all attendees. And for the triumphant competitor? A goodie bag from Flow N Roll awaits.

Program Schedule
Here's a quick look at our program schedule for the day:
11:00 AM to 11:30 AM: Join us for the reception and mingle with fellow attendees.
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Danny Gutierrez's seminar will be in session.
12:30 PM to 12:45 PM: Registered seminar attendees can enjoy their free acai bowls.
12:30 PM to 1:00 PM: We'll hold a rules meeting for the 8-man tournament.
1:15 PM: The first match of the tournament begins.

HOLD POLICY
If you have an active membership and need to take a break from training due to travel or other commitments, you can place your account on hold. To begin a hold period, you must not have any outstanding balance on your account. Please fill out this Time Extension Form 30 days before the billing cycle. If you fail to submit the form within 30 days, you will be billed for the next cycle before your hold period can begin. You need to specify the correct start and end date of the hold period to activate the hold. Please note that the minimum hold period is one week, and the maximum hold period is 30 days for pause on payment. To read the full Hold Policy for members, please read here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case a student needs to terminate their membership, both the participant and buyer should fill out the Cancellation Form with the student's name and the reason for the cancellation. The cancellation form should be submitted within 30 days of the billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in the payment of the monthly tuition fee. Some membership types may have different cancellation policies, so please check your email agreement for further details.The cancellation will be processed regardless of the reason, but we would appreciate it if students could share the reason as it would help us with our process and quality management. Students who have cancelled their account may rejoin the gym at any point in the future without any additional fees, and they can simply restart their monthly gym dues. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
REFUND POLICY
All gym membership fees associated with our gym services are non-refundable. We may consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. To request a refund or credit, please submit a written request to our front desk at [email protected] with necessary documentation. PRIVACY POLICY
By participating in classes, I hereby grant to 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Dark Arts (Torrance) and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, my likeness, voice and/or any other media of me (collectively "Media"), or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite Media without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Dark Arts (Torrance) and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said Media.
